Buying a property is likely to be one of the largest purchases that you will make in your lifetime, so if you are committed to a sustainable future it is imperative that you choose a property that supports your values.

We offer a selection of properties that have been, are being, or have the potential to be, developed in a sustainable way.

With each property listing we have generated our unique 'Sustainability Rating' (SR) which we hope will enable an easy comparison and provide valuable information for prospective buyers.

A new feature is the ability to list a property request where you can specify your particular requirements.

If you wish to view a property, or require further information, contact us and we will put you in direct contact with the owner.

Sellers:
There is a small one-off fee for adding an advert to the site. Paying this will give you your own web page, entries on our area specific listings and an entry on our facebook page. Any enquiries about your property will be forwarded to you so that you can be in direct contact with the prospective buyers.
