Stone farmhouse secluded but not isolated, there is a tarmac road leading up to the property used for tractors and the odd car (the last 150mts is a dirt track ). The farmhouse has a south facing aspect overlooking the front parcel of land. When we bought the house it was in need of reformation and we spent the next 3 years doing just that, roof, floors,etc, we wanted to keep the original features and incorporate them into the reform.

The house comprises 5 double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sun terrace and courtyard. To the left hand side of the house is an attached bodega, which was originally used to harvest the grapes. This has had limited work and is used as storage at present.

The house is run on a 6kw, 24v battery system and a 3kw inverter to give us 230v ac. This runs all appliances in the house, washing machine, central heating, lights tv etc.

Water is from a well to the side of the house pumped on demand when the taps are turned on.

The house is detached and in its own land 30,000sqm or 7.5 acres approx planted with almond trees.

The almonds are organic and the land has been chemical free for 9 years. There is an income from the harvest of the almonds approx 600 euros per annum.
