Firstly let me answer the inevitable question, if it is so good, why do you want to sell?
Well after 22 years in Spain we would like to be more adventures and move to Ecuador.

The finca will be fully fenced with main gate remotely operated. The 8,000 m2 of land has a slight slope and over the last five years has been well manured & cultivated. We have not only grown vegetables for our ourselves but various crops for our animals, sweet corn & turnips mostly. There are about 70 olives, a mixture of old & new. Fruit trees include apple, pear, plum, orange & cherry also a walnut.

The layout of the house is unusual (I inherited the original layout of the house which had been built to Spanish priorities) but works well for us.
