The main point of the project is defined by the concept of -CO2+ H2O. The project deals with the experience of living beyond the mere action of occupying space, a house. It is an integral project, applicable to any part of the world, in different degrees and immersed in different social,environmental and economic realities. Under this project the designer's vision is more pluridisciplinar than that of a traditional architect, dealing with other objectives on the blank paper beyond those imposed by aesthetic fashion or rotund projects of recognized architects that work our cities and landscapes. The starting point is necessity, and this necessity has 3 perspectives; the satisfaction of an organism inside the body, (the house in itself), the elements outside the body (energies), the obvious waste of the organism (environmental and water management). These three necessities dictaminate the first drafts of the project, which begins with its design and correct integration in the landscape and the context, as well as its sensitive and aesthetic intentions. The keystone of the project is the correct management and interpretation of the parcel, its surroundings and its future users to obtain the maximum environmental efficiency (-CO2, +H2O). The user can become a small producer (of energies, nutrients, etc..), and at the same time a consumer, and even participate in the definition of the landscape of his parcel, immersed in a broader vision of urbanism and the neighboring houses, identifying community as a whole. The imperative necessity of -CO2 (LESS CARBON DIOXIDE) is achieved through these following points; maximum inertia and isolation of the materials of the envelope and the closing, self-production and maximum efficiency of the parcel focusing on the demand for clean and renewable energies (geothermia, biogas and solar panels) that satisfy the equivalent consumption of the users, or sell the energy to the system. The other essential premise, +H2O, (MORE WATER), is achieved by being present during the whole life cycle of water; caption (pluvial), use, reuse (graywaters and raw sewage), nutrients (root systems), and evacuation. As for the aesthetic perspective, the effort is focused on the maximum integration in the landscape by way of immersion in the topography of the terrain, and the consideration of the land as a good thermal inertia and isolation element for the house as well as compositive (for example, green roof). .
