The structure of the house is very good, unfortunately the builders stole our money and we were unable to finish the house and live there.It is architect-designed. The possibilities for this property are many ! It is properly titled and registered and the right of way is in the deeds. There are different ways to access the property. It is 5 miles across flat roads to the main road which goes from Puerto Vallarta to Guadalajara.
