Over the past 10 years we have worked hard to make this property into a comfortable family home and our children have had the most wonderful rural childhood. We have a spacious 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house with a large lounge and a kitchen/dining room. 20 solar panels feeding 24 2V battery bank with an 'Outback' inverter gives us 99.9% of our power needs. There is a 4kw backup generator also included but rarely used. 2 water wells, 1 with an electric pump and the other windmill driven fill 11,500L tanks. An 'insert' wood burner linked to radiators provides background heating through the mainly mild winter months.

A large garage houses the tractor that's comes equipped with a plough, mower and back bucket. A further outbuilding is used for storage. Outside a wide terrace and pool area offers views of the mountains and the surrounding vineyards with the sea visible on the horizon.

Our separate guest apartment has a large bedroom, kitchen lounge with a wood burner and a modern bathroom.

This area is steeped in mediaeval history and tradition, and rural tourism is an ever increasing market. We have had many visitors over the years enjoy this beautiful and interesting area.

Half of the land is given to pine woodland, with the rest growing almond, olive and a few cherry, apricot and fig fruits for our own consumption. A fenced area houses chickens.

Our local village is 1km along the road and has a village shop, primary school (which my children have attended) and a bar (which we have attended!). We have always been welcomed and involved in the village. The main town of Valls is 8km away and has all the shops and amenities that you might expect.

Our time here has been a fantastic adventure and great personal achievement but sadly, due to pressing family commitments we have decided to leave. We would love to pass our home on to a family to fulfill dreams of their own.
