Owners opinion on sustainable features:
It would be possible to live comfortably off the income from the farm. With its large garage/workshop the property would be ideal for an artisan, or someone who can work remotely using the satellite connection.
We moved here 6 years ago with no knowledge of farming, and have had all the support we could wish for from the people of Montejicar. The local community have embraced the refurbishment of la Casa en la Colina and have offered every assistance throughout.
